This article aims to analyze, from the theoretical perspective of Discourse Analysis, especially from the theoretical notions proposed by Dominique Maingueneau in Literary Discourse (2006), the manner that the paratopy is constituted in the comic-manifesto A Fundação de Krig-ha, written by Raul Seixas and Paulo Coelho, with Adalgisa Rios’ illustrations. We can notice in the comic the emergence of a messianic/mystical ethos, scenographies that also allude to a mystical enunciation and the use of an equally esoteric language code, enunciation elements that work as paratopy engines and act in the way that paratopy works in the comic-manifesto.
